Championing rural girls and women’s education
We believe youth empowerment is imperative for the flourishing future of our nation. That is why we keep on taking various initiatives for children’s education and pave a solid foundation for their future endeavours.
In one such initiative, we provided basic support to government higher primary schools in Chikkahonnavalli Bengaluru, such as essential infrastructure like Computer, Projector, Furniture, Utensils, etc. Undernutrition is also a common challenge faced by children in these areas. To address this, we associate ourselves with various nutrition programs where we provided a glass of milk and an egg every day to every child.
We also took various steps to champion girl and women’s education so that they can gain confidence to stand on their own two feet. So, to breathe life into this agenda, we donated to the ‘Udayan Shalini Fellowship Program’, which aids underprivileged children and women across 18 states of India. We also donated Rs. 50 lakhs to different NGOs and Trusts to support various social causes including education empowerment of rural girls and women. We also facilitated teacher’s wages in supported schools.
